Supply Programme

A specially developed software is used to monitor supply to the biogas plant. This supply programme ensures correct supply to the plant and documents each phase.
The programme is not only used to control supply precisely, but it also plans and schedules the correct combination of substrata in order to achieve optimum biogas output.
The supply programme has been developed so as to optimise the organic load  through its supply.

The organic load is a very important indicator in assessing the biological load of the whole plant. This indicates the quantity of dry substances which can be added without overfeeding the bacteria, and without upsetting the process (acidifying the process). The organic load is calculated using the mass of dry organic substances added daily (sso) and the volume of usable fermenters.
