Metanlab, the new B.T.S. laboratory at Porto Mantovano, is given over exclusively to all things biogas, making it the first of its kind in Italy. Here we want to develop a new generation of biogas plants in Italy, ensuring they are safe, long lasting and profitable.

We collect empirical data on production processes and output of gas under various conditions, following scientific methods.Thanks to this research, we are able to constantly improve the design and operation of our biogas plants.
